These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Order
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the must receive payment of the price of the products with the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products.
The prices of item is stated on our website in US American dollar and is inclusive of any rated Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Buyer is responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties which apply in their country to which the products are delivered. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your
order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being canceled. If the order is canceled, we will refund any money that you have paid earlier.
All orders are subject to availability of products. If the item you ordered are not available, we will notify you with your email address provided during the checkout process. If our customer is unable to re-select another item due to unavailability of product, we will refund our customer within 10 days of your order unless our customer agree to a longer period.
Customers experiencing issues with their product can contact us via e-mail to discuss quality problems and possible solutions. For each discussion on quality, we require the customer to provide a minimal of 3 pictures in jpeg format showing the problem area and also 1 video clip on the item showing the problem area.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
